A Good drink

mccafe_drinks_44.gifI have thought for a long time that the latest trend by McDonald’s to go healthy with salads, sandwiches and even Apples was idiotic that was until I tried the McCafe Mocha Frappe. This is one of the best tasting drinks I have ever had. I have always loved fresh Iced Coffee style drinks but their mix of milk, ice cream, ice, cream, topping and the mix itself is so delicious its almost criminal.

    I don’t think you realise that these drinks are just as bad for you as a regular soft drinks because they have just as much, if not more sugar.

    No, I do. However unlike soft drink I don’t have it every day.
