Perhaps not so bad as there is no sugar ?! but ... Its the caffeine I can't seem to do without. I think I actually gain some weight because it doesn't really do much to quench my thirst and I wind up being hungry (and eating sweets). I try to drink more water which seems to help prevent me from drinking too many diet cokes. Good luck with going without the Cokes ! I’m addicted to Diet Coke.
