Tasmanian miners found alive

The two miners trapped underground in a Tasmanian mine since last Tuesday are still alive.

Just after 7.30pm, the Beaconsfield Gold Mine company said Todd Russell, 35, and Brant Webb, 36, had been located and “indications are they are still alive”.

The incident killed their workmate, 44-year-old Larry Knight, whose body was retrieved on Thursday.

Beaconsfield Gold Mine manager Matthew Gill said they had located the two men and indications are that they are still alive. He said the rescue was continuing.

Overhauled

UPDATE: Now includes a better version of the new logo.

Sky News Australia the only Australian news channel will be overhauled with new title graphics and a new set in new studios. The overhaul is welcomed by many people including myself who think the channel is stale and outdated.

The new logo appears below underneath the current logo.

So check out B2:TV from B2:Media and before you freak out, no competition for Negative Penguin it will not do podcasts other than mine and Graham’s 2 current ones and its not a network its a media house.
